Allows players to place auto turrets upside down using a toggle command. Ideal for creative base designs and advanced defence setups, with permission support and limits of 50. Can be given to default group or VIP.

Permission required: flippedturrets.vip
Description:
Toggles flipped turret placement ON / OFF for the player.
"Flipped turret placement is now ON."
"Flipped turret placement is now OFF."
"You need VIP access to use this command." (if no permission)
placement: Must be standing on the ceiling and placed for the auto turret to flip underneath.
